The Charlotte County Composite Squadron is part of the Civil Air Patrol, a volunteer organization, and the offical Auxillary of the United States Air Force. All meetings are held at the Charlotte County Airport in the General Aviation Terminal. Look for the Squadron symbol on the door! Cadets meet on every Monday at 6:30PM. Officers meet every Tuesday at 7:00PM, except during the summer months (May thru September), when meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday at 7:00PM and 3rd Monday at 6:30PM. Tax Deductable Donation to the Civil Air Patrol
This is the time of year that many of us look for tax deductions for our hard earned donation dollars. This is also the time we at Civil Air Patrol come face to face with the reality of a limited bank account trying to support our many community activities and functions. With funding being reduced from governmental organizations, we must again turn to the general public (our customers) for financial help.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization, meaning that ALL donations are deductible for income tax purposes. What we receive goes right back into the community. If you are looking for a worthy organization to support, with the few extra dollars you may have, please give consideration to your local Civil Air Patrol Squadron FL-051.

Now that we are "in season", our Officer Meetings are held on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM at 8000 Skylane Way. Our Cadet Meetings are held on Mondays at 6:30 PM at 8000 Skylane Way. Note: On the third Monday of each month, we hold a joint meeting of Officers and Cadets at 6:30 PM in the EAA building. The EAA building is located at the south end of airport, off Beechcraft Ave.
